How to begin a discussion

To begin a new discussion:

  • locate and click on the correct Category (Getting Started, Virtual Office Hours, Best Practices, Upcoming Client Service Webinars, General Discussion)

  • Scroll through the posts to make sure your post has not already been created

  • Create a new discussion by clicking “New Post” and an editing space will open 

  • Click into the text box and begin your discussion

To reply to a user in a discussion:

  • Find the user’s post you would like to comment on

  • Leave a comment in the Comment section
